I’m George King, a professional free climber, amateur boxer, ultra marathon runner and fully qualified PT. Currently, I am based in London and can travel to wherever you are. With a wide range of experience, I can and will be able to give you insights and motivation to help you achieve your goals. I have featured on BBC TV, FOX NEWS, DAILY MAIL and many more.

I Make Fitness Fun

Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can achieve. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness, and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the amount of fun and levels of energy you will experience will far exceed the discomfort.

Training

What I offer

As a certified trainer, I offer a wide range of fitness services and training styles. More than just getting you into shape, I also help with improving endurance, building strength, rehabilitating from injury, and sports-specific training. You can choose from a wide array of existing training options, or you can design your own.

Six-pack six weeks program

Abs are made in the kitchen! As the saying goes I will put my clients through an intensive nutrition and abs program to help build a six-pack in six weeks.

Boxing

As a successful amateur boxer I can coach boxing for self-defence and fitness. I run High intensity interval training for mitts and pads to help you lose weight and sculpt a physique. Whilst also doing controlled sparring and technique to help with self-defence.

Fat loss and cardio

I am an ex-ultra marathon runner, with my last event being a 100km run from London to Cambridge coming 33rd out of 2000. I love passing on my knowledge and skills to help my clients burn fat and increase cardio. Example workouts include short intense interval based workouts

I will teach the art of Wim hof Meditation- a breathing meditation technique aimed to promote clarity post leaving our sessions. This program will consist of  session work and out of session work.

24 hour support

I will always be there no matter what! Any of your needs nutrition, supplements and workouts, I will answer any of your questions as quick as a call or text.

Group Fitness

As well as 1 to 1 sessions I am open to group sessions for any ability, with the benefit of cheaper price…. Contact for further details.

Nutrition advice and programs

I will set detailed nutrition plans tailored for your specific goals. Likewise in an industry saturated with dangerous supplements I will give advice of which supplements to use and which to avoid.
